Many of the rooms in these properties were graced by splendid, intricate floor tiling that was a feature of most Victorian homes, and it was this look that Nora asked us to recreate in her hallway.

Emma and Graeme Manson didn’t like stepping out of a warm shower and onto a cold floor. They had already decided on a makeover for the bathroom of their five-bedroomed Edwardian home in Endcliffe, and agreed that under-tile heating would provide the perfect finishing touch.

The Mansons had bought tiles from Terra Firma in the past, but did not realise the company also offers a fitting service.

Says Emma: “One of my friends used Terra Firma to tile her bathroom and fit under-tile heating, and she recommended them.”

Terra Firma Tiles called on John the Tiler to do the work, read the full article as printed in a local magazine.
